How do you provide the interventions students need with the caseload constraints you have been given?
Have you been asked by your administrators, "Can classroom teachers or paraprofessionals deliver this service?" Is your response "I wish I had enough time to train and supervise them"? I always wished for simple but complete programming that would be enough to make a difference. So in my retirement I have made it my mission to develop the materials I did not have time to design when I was trying to provide intervention to 175 students in five different schools.
These strategies, materials and techniques can make a difference for students who come to school with poor or no language skills or who have social skills difficulties.
